This cake mix is ideal for creating the perfect cupcake or vanilla cake for all occasions. It creates a moist eating cake with similar density to a mud cake, or American style muffins.  With the addition of 300g melted white chocolate, it can be tweaked to create a delicious white chocolate mud cake.  

4kg of cake mix will make enough batter for  2 x 12 inch round cakes,  4 x 10 inch round cakes, or 8 x 8" round cakes.
