Cocoa Butter Nibs: 160 g

Pure cocoa butter, made from a selection of roasted whole cocoa beans, with a neutral color and flavor. 

Easy to use, the small callet size provides quick and uniform dissolving. Ideal for tempering, rehydration and processing of chocolate.  Add a few droplets of already melted cocoa butter to the melted chocolate to obtain a more creamy and smooth free-flowing chocolate. 

Mix with powder dyes and lustres to obtain colored chocolate, and brush inside chocolate moulds for a spectacular effect.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter. 
Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, nuts, eggs and derivatives.  Gluten free, sugar free.

COOKING WITH COCOA BUTTER IN SWEET RECIPES

Cooking with cocoa butter in chocolate pastries gives chocolate its flavor and smoothness. In dessert recipes such as Bavarian, add some grated food grade cocoa butter to give it a delicious “hidden” chocolate flavor.
