White Spelt Flour is produced from the spelt grain, a highly nutritious ancient cereal grain with a delicious nutty flavour. Stoneground with the bran removed. Organic spelt flour is wheat free however does contain gluten. It is often tolerated by those who are gluten-sensitive. It is a popular flour for baking and artisan bread making.
