Lemon Filling is a Lemon flavoured creamy smooth filling favoured by professional bakers as filling and dessert. 

Use to create lemon meringue pie, lemon tarts, donut filling for the Roberts donut mix, swiss rolls, cannoli, Mille Feuille, cake fillings, custard scrolls, pavlova roulade, slices and much, much more.

Directions: Spoon, spread or pipe straight from the tub.  Can be baked and frozen.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose fructose syrup, condensed skimmed milk, water, vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), lemon juice (3.5 %), modified starch, acidity regulator (330), preservative (200), emulsifier (435) flavours, colours (160a, 171).

Allergen Statement: Contains MILK.
