250g White Vegetable Shortening - Butter Substitute
Our White Vegetable Shortening is a butter creaming substitute. Use as a replacement for softening butter in icings, buttercream, meringue buttercream and mock cream recipes.
Works brilliantly with the Roberts Silky Icing Meringue Buttercream Mix.
Directions: Substitue equal weight or combined weight of butter as per icing, frosting or mock cream recipe.
Storage: Once opened, re-seal tightly and store in dry conditions below 22 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients: Vegetable Fats and Oils, Emulsifiers (E435, E471), Antioxidant (307b), Flavour.
