Returns Policy

At Latorta our aim is to make sure our customers are completely happy with their purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, please  follow the returns process below.  A claim for returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

Latorta Online returns policy: 

Latorta will accept returns and refunds on items that are not of acceptable quality, unfit for a disclosed purpose, or does not match the description.  Latorta does not accept returns for items you have simply changed your mind on, or purchased elsewhere at a different price.

All returns must be sent back to our Internet Returns department via post or by visiting our Majura Park Store, 17 / 18 Spitfire Ave, Majura, ACT, 2609. 

Once we have received your return you will receive an email confirmation and can expect your exchange within 7 business days. 

Returns will be exchanged/refunded at the company's discretion. 

Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment within 7 business days (depending on customers bank processing times), after the item has been received. 

All returns for change of mind are at the expense of the customer. 

Faulty Items: 

If the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty, unfit for a disclosed purpose or does not match the description, please contact customer care and we will reimburse you for delivery costs incurred. Once we receive your item it will be assessed by our returns department and you will be contacted with a result.

Returns Process

1. Fill out the returns form, ensuring details such as order number, your name and address are included.

2. Wait for customer care to respond. Responses will be paid within 72 hours.

3. Send item(s) along with returns form to:

4. Once we receive your item it will be assessed by our returns department and you will be contacted with a result.

5. Any refunds will be provided within 5 business days (depending on bank processing times).
