Royal Icing is the traditional icing that sets extremely firm and strong.  It is ideal for fine decorative details, covering large areas on cookies and cakes, gluing gingerbread houses together etc.  Depending on how much water you add to the mix it can be applied using a piping bag, spreading with a spatula, poured over or dipped into.  

The Royal Icing mix by Sugar Inc is manufactured in Queensland's sugar cane district and milled fine for intricate piping.  The citric acid from derived from citrus fruits such as lemons adds extra strength for extension work and acting as a glue for cake decorations.  Also Ideal for flooding and pouring techniques.

Instructions: Mix 45ml water into sifted Royal Icing Mix. Beat until required consistency. Additional water can be added to create a more fluid icing suitable for flooding cookies or pouring.

Ingredients: Sugar, Pastuerised Egg Albumen Powder, Citric Acid.
