- Apply a generous amount of buttercream to your cake
- Scrape with the patterned side to create indents
- Pipe in your contrasting coloured buttercream into the indents
- Scrape back with the smooth side to reveal the striped effect
This PME scraper is made from food grade acrylic scraper and works extremely well with ganache, buttercream and cream.
