Bakels Hazelnut Truffle is a ready made ganache, with a nutty chocolate flavour bursting with hazelnut croquant pieces. At Latorta, we think it's tastes like Ferrero Rochers and is the perfect ganache to match with a mud cake or to fill macarons.

Ideal for filling, masking (covering), and piping.  Use it in cakes, truffles, tarts, petit fours and more.  It can be used directly form the container or you can whip it to create a flufflier ganache. 

Warm gently in the microwave until a soft, spreadable consistency like vegemite, and use to fill and coat your cake.  Allow to set firm before continuing to decorate.
