Chocolate Drip has revolutionised the way we make 'Drip Cakes' - one of the biggest trends in cake decorating across the world.
It is the quick and easy way to create consistent and accurate chocolate drips, that look great, taste great, and set beautifully.
Chocolate drip comes in many on trend colours and may be painted with metallic lustre dusts mixed with decorator's rose spirit.
To create gold drips, we recommend the 'Salted Caramel' drip. Once set firm, paint your chocolate drip with edible gold metallic paint or lustre dusts mixed with decorator's rose spirit.
12 months shelf life from manufacture date
Method: Microwave for 30 seconds without lid. After heated, secure lid and shake thoroughly for 1 minute to ensure chocolate has melted through. If chocolate hasn't completely melted through, heat in 10 second intervals until desired consistency is achieved. Cut tip and proceed to use.
Hover the tip over the edge of your cake, and squeeze gently. A light squeeze will create a short drip, and a firm squeeze will create a long drip. Move along the top edge of your cake, squeezing and dripping as you go. Finish off but filling in the entire top of your cake if desired.
