Lorann's Orange oil (Citrus sinensis) is a pure, natural essential oil and is enjoyed for its fresh zing and tart punchy flavour that cuts through sweetness and balances it out beautifully.  Use as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy for its bright and refreshing citrus scent and flavor. When used as a flavoring, use sparingly as essential oils are potent.

Orange oil's proven antibacterial and antifungal properties also make it an effective all-purpose household cleaner. It works wonders in eliminating not only dust and dirt but most importantly disease-causing germs such as E-coli and salmonella.  Use it as a pre-prep cleaner and disinfectant for  dowels, cake boards, wires and other internal structures in your cake, or make your own hand sanitiser. 

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)

Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. 

Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
