The aroma and flavour of Lavender is delightful in baking.  This water-based essence offers the floral notes of fresh lavender for your edible creations.  

Perfect for high tea bakes and gourmet desserts including cake & biscuit batters, icings, frostings, ice cream, cream and macarons.    

Does not contain sweetners, so you may like to add sugar to taste if using in beverages for example. 

The Essence is suitable to use with soft centre (fondant creme or liquer) fillings for chocolate bon bons, but not for flavouring the chocolate itself - as they may cause the chocolate to seize.
