Sola wood flowers are an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to cut flowers, hand-crafted from the woody stems of the Aeschynomene Aspera plant. Sola wood flowers look like real flowers and last a lifetime. Weighing even less than Balsa Wood, Sola Wood almost feels like foam or cork.
Colour your sola flowers by dipping in watered down food dye, airbrushing with food colour or dry brushing with cake decorators’ petal dusts and lustre dusts.
If squished during transport, reshape the petals by spraying with a fine mist of water to soften, and then manipulate the petals by hand or with flower modelling tools.
