Decorating cakes with fresh and preserved flowers or wired sugar flowers requires the use of food safe barriers between the inedible stem/wire and the edible cake.  The last thing we want is for people to taste the grassy flavours of fresh flower stems in our food, or worse, become sick because of them.  The Flower Picks from PME will solve the problem of how to hygenically ‘fix’ them (or other non food safe decorations) to your cake.
