Bakels White Truffle is a ready made smooth ganache, with a hint of vanilla. At Latorta, we think it's the perfect ganache to match with a white chocolate mud cake.
Ideal for filling, masking (covering), piping and more. Use it in cakes, truffles, macarons, tarts, petit fours and more. It can be used directly form the container or you can whip it to create a flufflier ganache. Team it up with some citrus curd or tart berries to balance out the sweetness. Mix with LorAnn Cheesecake Flavour Oil and a pinch of salt to create a faux Cream Cheese Frosting that is room temperature stable and will remain firm under fondant.
Warm gently in the microwave until a soft, spreadable consistency like vegemite, and use to fill and coat your cake. Allow to set firm before continuing to decorate.
