Ideal for enhancing buttercream, ganache, mousse, curds, gels, and more. The fruit is carefully selected from top regions and picked at peak ripeness to preserve genuine flavour and consistent quality season after season. A 10% natural sugar content is incorporated to improve shelf life, texture, and smoothness.
Store the product at a temperature of -18°C use within 2 years from the date of production.
After defrosting, keep chilled and use within 5 days.
