Our freshly baked ‘naked’ cakes are ready for you to ice and embellish.  These are perfect if you are having oven dramas, limited time or just don’t enjoy the baking side of things. 

Our light and fluffy Vanilla Butter Sponge Cake is one of our most popular cakes - dense enough to ice with buttercream, ganache or whipped cream, and jammed packed with deliciousness -  you won't be disappointed!

Our frozen naked cakes are for store pick up (or local Canberra delivery) only – and cannot be shipped via post.

• Approx 3.5 to 4 inches high - Shelf life in fridge 10 days or in freezer for up to 3 months
  
• Defrost in your refrigerator - cutting whilst still chilled and then ice and decorate your cake once it reaches room temperature!
