Rainbow Spectrum WEDGEWOOD BLUE Dust is an approved food colouring/ edible dusting powder.
Use this product to dust over finished articles. It can also be mixed into fondant to get a pastel shade of blue fondant.
This product mixes well with fondant, modeling paste, pastalage, royal icing, butter icing, cocoa butter, ethanol, and is great to use with rose spirit for painting.
This product can be mixed directly into chocolate in its powder form without diluting it first.
This product is also water-soluble
