Classes

We are delighted to be welcome you to our newly established Cooking Academy classrooms at our fabulous new location at the Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets.
 
Join one of our cake decorating or baking classes and learn techniques that will set you well on your food journey.  We offer classes for absolute beginners, intermediates and advanced, and host celebrity artist weekends regularly throughout the year.   We also offer private classes and corporate events.

Our classes follow world's best practices for cake decorating, so you can be assured our teaching is of the highest quality.  Each student is provided with all the ingredients and equipment needed for the class.  Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
