Chocolate & Sugarwork Cool Spray, is a special confectionery "Cooling" or "Freezing" spray used in creating chocolate and sugar showpieces allowing the melted product to be quickly set. No more waiting!  The spray is used by Chocolatiers & Sugar Artists to fix designs together quickly.

To use: Spray directly onto the area of melted chocolate or hot liquid sugar/isomalt for instant cooling, setting and solidification.
