Take out the stress and hassle from baking with this light and great tasting cupcake mix. It won't turn your cups greasy, just add eggs and water.
Will make 24 - 36 cupcakes per tub.
What You Need:
1 kg Cupcake Mix
4 Large Eggs
1.Place Water, Eggs and Cupcake mix into electric mixer bowl
2.Using the whisk attachment, blend on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl.
3.Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes, then turn down to medium speed and whisk for another 5 minutes.
4.Dollop approx 50ml of cupcake batter into your cupcake baking cups – an icecream scoop is ideal for this task.
5.Bake at 160C for 17-20 minutes. Test with a skewer.
