Try using different coloured sugarpaste for different effects, or you could use lustre or sparkle dusts to give your letters that added shine and sparkle. You could mix the dusts with rejuvator spirit, dipping solution or lemon extract to form an edible paint to brush your letters with whatever colours you like.
