The single-dose baking mold is a paper baking form designed for panettone, but also suitable for other types of bread dough and cake batters. The pure cellulose paper is resistant to food fats, able to withstand both freezing and baking in the oven up to 200°C.

Do not butter the mould before use. 

Self-supporting structure - it does not need to be inserted into preformed metal molds. The elegant design, brown with golden floral decoration, makes it suitable for the presentation of the finished product.
