We are totally loving the cakesicle trend and this geometric magnum style popsical mould ticks all the right boxes.
The Geo Tri Pop mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionary and complies to FDA regulations. Suitable for freezer to oven up to 200 degrees or pour in melted isomalt or chocolate.
Use with ice cream, isomalt, ice water, cake batter or chocolate.
Each popsical measures approximately 5cm wide by 9cm high x 2cm deep (not including the stick)
This product comes with four geo popsicle shaped cavities, as well as 10 birch wood popsicle sticks. To use, fill the moulds first, then slide the food-grade popsicle sticks provided through the slits. To remove gently bend the top of the mould away and slide your creation out and up so the popsicle stick slides out with it.
