Strawberry Fondant Creme 300g


Fondant Creme is a ready-made soft and creamy filling used for chocolate centres, donut and finger bun icing. 

Directions: To soften, warm in the microwave in 2-3 second burst.  Select a mould with deep sides. Create a chocolate shell by brushing a continuous layer of melted choclolate all over the base and sides of the mould, ensuring there is no gaps.  Leave to set.

Next, spoon or pipe in 1/2 tsp of fondant creme.  Cover by filling the mould to the top with more melted chocolate.  Refrigerate to set again, and then enjoy!

 Ingredients: Sucrose, glucose (maize), emulsifier (472c), colour (124) water added.

 Suitable for Vegan/Vegetarians, Kosher & Halal.

 Made in Australia from at least 80% Australian ingredients.

(Once opened, close lid securely and store in cool & dry conditions between 5-20 degress celcius)
