The Roberts Edible Craft Thickness Guides enables you to achieve perfectly even thickness every single time!
400 mm Long x 25 mm wide x 3 different thicknesses.
Set of 6 guides containing:
2 x 3 mm thickness (clear)
2 x 4.5 mm thickness (black)
2 x 6 mm thickness (white)
Clear: Best suited for working with chocolate, fondant for covering cakes, and chocolate transfer sheets (ie chards)
Black: Best suited for working with pastry, modelling fondant and gum paste, and modelling chocolate
White: Best suited for working with biscuit dough, gingerbread, playdough and clay
Place either side of the product you are wanting to roll or spread evenly.
Place your rolling pin or offset spatula on top and keeping it in contact with the guides, will ensure you achieve an even thickness underneath.
